No. Atlas+ is $1.99 a month for the whole workspace, however many members you invite.

By usage, not by seat. Every member can use it. During the trial, $5 of usage is included. After that, each question is metered at the chosen model's rate, and the month's total appears as one line on your next invoice.

Yes. A $25 monthly limit is set when you subscribe. Admins can change or remove it, and get an email at 50%, 80% and 100%. When the limit is reached, the assistant pauses until the next month; the rest of Atlas keeps working.

Models from Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI and others. Admins choose which ones the team can use and set the default. Each model's rate per million tokens is shown in the Assistant settings.

No. The assistant runs on AWS Bedrock, and prompts and answers are not used to train models. Conversations are private to the member who started them; Admins see usage, never content.

No. Every new workspace gets 30 days of full access without a payment method. We email you before the trial ends.

No. If you upgrade with more than two days of trial left, you keep the rest of it and your first charge happens when the trial ends.

Your workspace becomes view-only: everyone can still see projects, updates and reports, but nothing can be changed. Upgrade any time to restore full access. If a workspace stays view-only for 30 days, it and its data are permanently deleted. We send reminder emails before that happens.

Yes. Cancel from the Stripe customer portal in Billing. You keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for, then the workspace becomes view-only.

Stripe retries the payment automatically and you can update your payment method from Billing. If the retries don't succeed, the subscription ends and the workspace becomes view-only until you upgrade again.

Each organization is a separate workspace with its own trial and subscription. Upgrading one doesn't change the others.
